Service Terms

1. Acceptance of Work: By placing an order with ConvertiBrains, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Quotations and Contracts: Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A signed contract or written confirmation is required before any work commences.
3. Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at the rate of 1.5% per month.
4. Cancellation: You may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any expenses incurred.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged during the term of the contract as confidential and proprietary unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the completed work will be transferred to the client. ConvertiBrains retains the right to use the project for promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited by the client.

Limitation of Liability

ConvertiBrains will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services provided.

Termination

ConvertiBrains reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if you breach any of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which ConvertiBrains operates.

Changes to Terms

ConvertiBrains reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to the client via email or by posting on our website.
